General Info
1. Are you insured?
Yes! We are proudly insured through Pet Sitter Insurance (PSI). Our policy is made to protect your home and your companions.
2. Who will be working with me and my companion(s)?
You can expect both Destiny & Ethan to closely work with you and your companion. Due to scheduling, there may be instances where one or the other solely works with your companion.
Is your companion fearful of men? Will your companion prefer a one-on-one session? We honor special requests to ensure your companion is comfortable during their time with us!
3. What can I expect at the Meet & Greet?
The Meet & Greet is a perfect way for all parties to get to know each other, as well as set needs and expectations. All Meet & Greets are conducted in the comfort of your home. This ensures that we are able to observe your companion(s) in their natural environment, and understand the lay of the land. At our meeting, we will briefly go over your companion's behaviors and care as outlined on your completed Intake Form. Follow up questions are encouraged, as we want you to feel confident in us providing care for your loved ones. Before leaving, we will also open the floor to discussion and clarification of our service agreement.
4. Do I have to give you a key?
We require a key in the event of an emergency. We understand that some locks are solely electronic-based (e.g., key fob). As impressive as technology is, malfunctions can occur. A key will ensure our access to the home, which in turn will guarantee care for your companions!
5. How is payment handled?
You will receive an invoice that details all charges and service information. Through the invoice, you will have the option to pay via Credit/Debit or PayPal. All payments are made upfront to ensure you are locked into our calendar with no issue. Existing clients also have the option of leaving cash as payment in the home on the first day of service.
6. What are your policies?
